I. Silver Wreath (Bears in Love) - I. Srebrny Wieniec (Zakochane Misie)

No i doczekaliśmy się finału :)

Dwa Misie oraz Zakochana Para zostały połączone w jedną spójną całość. Każdy element dekoracji przedstawiony w moich poprzednich postach został umieszczony w wierzbowym wieńcu. Tak powstały trzy wieńce, które zostały połączone ze sobą tasiemką. W ten oto sposób powstała dekoracja ścienna do pokoju mojej córeczki Lili.

Kilka słów o wieńcu. Wieniec został wykonany z młodych długich witek wierzbowych (witki powinny być zielone, są to młode przyrosty bardzo dobrze nadające się do wyginania). Upleciony wieniec został na końcu pomalowany na srebrny kolor za pomocą farby w sprayu. 

Jak upleść taki wieniec?

• wybierz dwie witki wierzbowe (w miarę mocne - to podstawa Twojego wieńca)
• zwiąż końce wybranych witek (zawsze łączymy koniec grubszy z cienkim końcem) - nie przejmuj się że wieniec nie wygląda póki co jak okrąg - średnica tego "okręgu" decyduje o wielkości wieńca
• wybieraj kolejne witki i przeplataj je przez witki "okręgu podstawy" raz prowadź górą raz dołem - przeplatanka (ja na początku podwiązywałam końce kolejnych witek, później końce umieszczaj w przestrzeniach pomiędzy już splecionymi witkami)
• kiedy skończyć? to Ty decydujesz - im więcej witek tym grubszy będzie wieniec, skończ wtedy kiedy będziesz zadowolony z osiągniętego kształtu wieńca
• wieniec na końcu pomaluj lub pozostaw w stanie surowym (uwaga: drewno wierzbowe wyschnie i wieniec stanie się w rezultacie lżejszy) 

Prezentowana dekoracja charakteryzuje się dość uporządkowanym splotem (to zaleta posiadania witek zbliżonej długości i grubości). W przyszłości pokarzę wam troszkę mniej uporządkowaną strukturę jednak nie mniej efektowną.

Two Bears and Couple in Love were joined together into one decoration. Each element of the decoration shown in my previous posts was placed in a willow wreath. Yes, three wreaths that were connected to each by ribbon. And this is my first wall decoration created for my daughter Lili.

A few words about the wreath. Wreath is made of young long twigs of willow (twigs should be green and flexible ideal for weaving a wreath). At the end the wreath was finally painted (I'm using spray paint). 

How to weave a wreath?

• select two willow twigs (they should be strong - is the basis of Your wreath)
• tie the ends of the selected twigs (always join thicker end with the thin end) - do not worry that the basis doesn't look like circle - the diameter of the "circle" determines the size of the wreath
• choose more twigs, and start weaving them through twigs of the "base circle" up and down (At the beginning I needed to tie the ends of twigs with the base by strings. When You have couple of twigs in Your wreath, place the ends of new twigs between already crossed twigs)
• When to stop? It's Your decision - the more twigs You use the thicker wreath You'll get, stop then when you satisfied with the shape of the wreath
• At the end You can paint the wreath or leave it natural (note: the willow wreath will dry up and it become lighter)

Presented decoration is characterized by an ordered structure of weaving (twigs I used were similar to each other - similar lenght and tchikness). In the future, I'll show you a little less ordered structure but no less impressive.
